Invitation to Moonlight Madness

Hi ladies,

Any excuse is a good excuse, no? This Friday evening, Port Credit is having its annual Moonlight Madness street festival. While there are likely all kinds of good non-yarn reasons to go, for me it really is an excuse to visit Linda's Craftique and Gitta's (because ya'all know I am democratic when it comes to fibre arts). My two favourite shops, conveniently located near my favourite Greek restaurant (surprisingly NOT on the Danforth), the Colossus of Rhodes, as well as near a passable pub of which I cannot remember the name (due largely to the whole beer/memory paradigm shift).

Now, before you start whining about it being too far, it is but a short CONVENIENT Go train ride, and well worth the effort. C'mon, it's Linda's Craftique goshdarnit, and ya'all remember how much we love her and her Fleece Artist stash...

Kelly F and I will be heading out post-haste Friday after work. If any of you knutty knitters want to come to frolic in the yarn, PLEASE DO!
